In this fun game created by Josh Levin, you get to choose five scenarios of how America will end. (It's not really a game, more like a poll, but it's still fun!) Scenarios range from the absurd, e.g., "End of Home Ownership" (how could that cause an end to America?), to the silly, e.g., "Alien Invasion," and the realistic, e.g., "Hyperinflation."
You pick five scenarios, and it places you somewhere on the Apocalypse matrix (kind of like the Nolan chart), the horizontal axis of which runs from "Everybody Lives" to "Everybody Dies" and the vertical axis of which runs from "Man's Fault" to "Nature's Fault." Then it tells you what kind of person you are based on where you landed on the matrix.
I picked Hyperinflation, Nationalized Industries, Default on Debt, Deficit Spending, and Military Overstretch. I ended up as a "Humanitarian Internationalist" although I'm not sure how they came up with that label.
Others may be inclined to pick one or more of the secession scenarios, but I just think secession is too good to every come true.
